Lunchtime Wellbeing at Arena in Farnborough
Dawn McCarron from New Dawn-Wellbeing delivered a fantastic lunchtime Pilates session at Arena Business Centre in Farnborough today. Joined by Arena clients, Pycom, the session saw a number of strengthening moves to re-energise the team ready for a productive afternoon.
